What started as one director's practice is now a studio, an academy, a workshop, a podcast and a network, held together by two sentences.

The mission. We help people and brands find clarity, we help stories take shape, and we build an institution designed to outlast us.
Our scope is global, transgenerational and transcultural.
The same promises hold whether you are commissioning a production, joining a cohort or asking for a placement.
Every figure is given to you in writing before any work begins. Nothing is quoted after the fact, and no one here is allowed to invent a number for you.
One named person owns your job from start to finish. If something changes, you are told by that person, not left to find out from someone else.
No question goes unanswered past one working day. If the honest answer is that we are still finding out, you will hear that too.
If the work needs someone we are not, we will say so and point you to someone better. We do not take on work we cannot staff properly.
These are not aspirations. They are the rules our own team is held to, and you are welcome to hold us to them.

Studios and services that open one at a time, as each one begins to run.
Some stories never reach a stage because nobody will take the risk on them. We carry new writing from page to stage, with proper rehearsal time, a real crew and a real audience in the room.
A performance that only exists on the night it happens is gone by morning. We film and cut our productions so the work can still be watched later, by people who could never travel to see it.
Most people forget what they were taught within a week. We turn our material into games and trivia, so difficult ideas are learned by playing rather than by being lectured at.
Talented people are too often underpaid, misled or taken advantage of. We represent models, hosts and brand ambassadors, agree the rate in writing before anything is agreed in public, and put integrity ahead of looks alone.
People finish a course or a production and then lose touch with everyone they met. We keep them connected, so they keep finding each other, sharing opportunities and growing together.
A story told without music or movement only reaches half the room. Songs and choreography are part of how our work lands, so they belong inside the house rather than being added on at the end.
